Welcome to Johnson County REMC

Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation is a not-for-profit electric utility organized as a cooperative serving over 20,000 meters at homes, farms, schools, businesses and industries in Johnson County and parts of Shelby, Morgan, and Brown counties.

Johnson County REMC is a Touchstone Energy® Cooperative. Touchstone Energy is a national alliance of local, consumer-owned electric cooperatives serving more than 17 million customers every day.

The mission of Johnson County REMC is to provide reliable, competitively priced utility services to its customers and the community.
